Practice often, not while driving!

  1. Breathe OUT slowly while relaxing your toes.
  2. Breathe in slowly relaxing your ankles.
  3. Continue this relaxing up to your scalp.

Next, add a positive affirmation / saying, to your breath in.

After practice, you will find joy and relax in a single breath cycle.
